Project and programme design

Our expertise includes working in partnership with clients in the area of programme design and development. In some cases this forms part of the project management cycle, following the evaluation phase.  In other cases we have worked with clients to develop new projects and programmes in response to identified need. Again, we have provided these services at a local, regional and national level. Our recent work in this area has included:

	The development of national adult training programme options for Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise
	The development of local area development plans for the Get Ready For Work Programme
	The development of a mainstreaming Action Plan for the New Futures Fund in the Highlands and Islands
