Evaluation and performance appraisal

We have conducted evaluation and performance appraisal at a local, regional and national level. This work has included the design of evaluation frameworks for national programmes and performance assessment tools for specific organisations.  Our work includes particular expertise in the development of soft indicator monitoring systems.
