Training and capacity building

We are not volume training providers. However, we have designed and delivered bespoke training and capacity building products for a range of clients.  Our training work has included strengthening the facilitation skills with the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and designing a creative problem solving programme for South Lanarkshire Council’s economic development team.  In each case we developed and delivered a specific programme after discussion with the client around their needs.  Our capacity building work has included support for social economy organisations as well as work with the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC).  We have worked with community based organisations and CVSs to develop the skills and resources of not-for-profit organisations.  In addition we worked with the STUC to build an economic development capacity building pilot for shop stewards.
